this water bottle alone, reminds me of my Papa Tony. it is just now coming up on a year that he went to be with Jesus in heaven. still a bit surreal that he is not here with us, but i rest on the faith that i will see him again one blessed day.
he worked at a cement plant his entire life. born and raise and died in Bessemer, PA. (yea, google that!) a town of few but history and culture as rich as any small town USA. proud to have roots there for so many reasons. and in his years at the cement plant, he carried a thermus like this. every day. and i remember as a kid when he was still working, when he would come home in the evening carrying his tin lunch box and this water bottle.
